Each year when Mandy and Adam brought a cut Christmas tree they discussed the waste and ecological impact of cut Christmas trees. In 2023 they made the decision to offer a sustainable Christmas tree option and Olafs ornamentals - live Christmas tree hire was born.

Olaf's ornamentals offers real live Christmas trees that you can hire each year and return to us to maintain throughout the year. You can even opt to adopt your tree at the end of the hire period.

How Does it Work
How do I get my tree?
Pre order your tree for a December delivery. We aim to deliver your tree in the last few days of November or first few days in December. We will be in touch to confirm delivery date. There is also an option to pick-up from Koraleigh NSW.

Deliver area is within 100km of Swan Hill (fees apply)
How do I look after my tree?
We will provide you with a comprehensive guide to caring for your tree whilst it is with you during the festive season. Radiata pines are very hardy so you won't have to do much, just water your tree and enjoy decorating!
What are the benefits of a live tree?
There are so many benefits to hiring a live tree for Christmas. Firstly, the tree stays alive during the entire process, there is no cutting! Traditional cut trees die after a few weeks and need to be disposed of after the Christmas period. Our live trees are returned to us in January and cared for throughout the year.
In addition, many people opt for plastic instead of real due to the mess made by cut trees. Our live trees will still drop some needles but not to the extent of a cut tree meaning you can spend more time enjoying the season and less time vacuuming!
With one of our live Christmas trees, you don't have to worry about storage during the year, we'll take the tree back and care for it, leaving you with more cupboard space for your Christmas gifts!
And most importantly, our trees are live meaning you are helping sustain the environment.

I love my tree, can I keep it?
We understand you love your new live tree so we offer an adoption program. For an additional fee you can adopt your perfect tree and use it year after year.
What happens if I don't return my tree?
Our hire terms and conditions can be found here. If you don't return your tree, or neglect it during the festive season and return it dead, you will not receive the refund amount.
I can't be home for delivery and pick up, what do I do?
No problem, we understand you can't always be around to meet us. Therefore, on your delivery day if you are not at home we will leave your tree in a secure shaded place (add some instruction in your order for the best place) and we can collect from the same area on pick up. We also offer local pick-up from Koraleigh.
